I was told by my medical team that I cannot go back to my normal job as the healthcare sector is very demanding, stressful and it involves working long hours.
After staying at home for almost three years, it was not only having a financial impact on me, but it was also affecting me physically and mentally as I was gaining weight and becoming stressed and bored.
I had discussions with my health team about this job, in which they advised me to start but only three days a week and two to three hours a day. After a month they reviewed it to see if it was putting pressure on my heart.
I joined an agency, by 3 months all the clients I had been to recommend me to their friends and families.
I was told by the agency that I was the highest rated cleaner in the Blackheath, Greenwich, Woolwich and Eltham area. Any time they had difficulties with any client, they would ask me to assist them.
